•Schließen Sie die Fritteuse an.
Die Fritteuse darf auf keinen Fall leer betrieben werden.
• Stellen Sie den On/Off Schalter auf I, die Kontrolllampe leuchtet
auf.
• Stellen Sie das Thermostat ein (sieheTabelle S.27).
Vorbereitung des Frittierkorbes
• Entfernen Sie überflüssige Feuchtigkeit ( Wasser und Eis) von
der Nahrung. Befüllen Sie den Frittierkorb außerhalb der
Fritteuse, wie auf der unteren Abbildung gezeigt.
• Verringern Sie die Frittiermenge bei Tiefgefrorenem (siehe
unteren Abbildung und Tabelle S. 27).
Für ein gesundes und schnelles Frittieren empfehlen wir
Ihnen die Füllmenge von Pommes Frites auf einen halben
Korb pro Frittierdurchgang zu begrenzen.
