I have a Tefal EY401D and the small plastic lugs that fit on the circular plate keep coming off when the plate is washed and going down the sink drain. Does anyone know a way to keep these lugs securely in place? Or any other ideas? We know to use a sink plug but it is easy to not immediately realize that they have come off and before you know it they have gone down the drain. Very frustrating.
