Pastel de yogur (6/8 personas)
1 vaso de yogur natural (que servirá de medidor), 2 vasos de azúcar en polvo, 3 vasos de harina,
1/2 vaso de aceite, 3 huevos y 1 sobre de levadura.
• Vierta todos los ingredientes en el vaso con la cuchilla instalada.
Ponga el aparato en funcionamiento durante 2 minutos. La masa debe quedar bien homogénea.
Vierta la masa en un molde de bordes altos y métalo en el horno a 180 ºC durante 50 minutos.
Cuatro cuartos (4/6 personas)
En el vaso, con la cuchilla instalada, ponga 150 g de harina, 1/2 sobre de levadura, 150 g de
azúcar, 150 g de mantequilla y 3 huevos.
Ponga el aparato en funcionamiento durante 2 minutos. Vierta en un molde de bizcocho untado
de mantequilla y enharinado.
• Deje que se hornee a 180 ºC durante 55 minutos.
Crema chantillí (6/8 personas)
• 25 cl de nata líquida bien fría, 50 g de azúcar glas.
Ponga la nata y el azúcar glas en el vaso con el accesorio para emulsionar instalado y, después,
bloquee la tapa. Ponga el aparato en funcionamiento durante 1 minuto.
Claras a punto de nieve
Ponga entre 2 y 4 claras de huevo y una pizca de sal en el vaso con el accesorio para emulsionar
instalado; después bloquee la tapa.
Ponga en funcionamiento el aparato hasta que las claras adquieran consistencia. Recuerde
que no debe poner el empujador en la chimenea, con el fin de que las claras de huevo estén
aireadas.
