• Ontgrendel de kom door deze met de klok mee te draaien.
• Pas op dit moment kunt u de kom optillen en uit het motorblok verwijderen.
3 : Mengen/mixen/hakken/kneden
GEBRUIKTE ACCESSOIRES:
• Mengkom compleet
(b).
- Aandrijfas
(c).
- Sikkelmes
(d).
MONTAGE VAN DE ACCESSOIRES:
• Plaats de mengkom
(b3) op het motorblok (a) en vergrendel deze.
• Schuif het sikkelmes
(d) op de aandrijfas (c) en plaats het geheel op de uitgang van het motorblok (a1).
• Doe de ingrediënten in de mengkom.
• Plaats het deksel
(b2) en vergrendel het op de kom (b3).
• Voor het verwijderen van de mengkom en zijn deksel: ontgrendel het deksel en daarna de kom.
KNEDEN / MENGEN
• Draai de snelheidsregelaar
(a2) op stand 2 voor inschakeling.
U kunt maximaal kneden:
- 600 g zwaar deeg, zoals: witbrooddeeg, kruimeldeeg… in 30 sec.
- 500 g speciaal brooddeeg, zoals: roggebrood, bruinbrood, granenbrood… in 30 sec.
U kunt maximaal mengen:
- 600 g luchtig deeg, zoals: biscuit, evenveeltje, yoghurtcake…. in 1.30 min.
U kunt verder max. 0,5 liter beslag voor pannenkoeken, wafels, enz. mengen in 1 minuut tot 1 minuut 30.
HAKKEN
• Draai de snelheidsregelaar (a3) op stand 2 voor het inschakelen of gebruik de pulsestand voor een betere
controle op het hakken.
U kunt tot 300 g voedsel hakken, zoals:
- rauw of gaar vlees (zonder botten en zenuwen en in blokjes gesneden).
- rauwe of gare vis (zonder vel en zonder graten).
- harde producten: kaas, gedroogde vruchten, sommige groenten (wortels, selderie).
- zachte producten: sommige groenten (uien, spinazie).
MIXEN
• Draai de snelheidsregelaar
(a3) op stand 2 voor inschakeling.
U kunt max. 0,5 liter soep, compote mixen in 20 seconden
4 : Raspen/snijden
GEBRUIKTE ACCESSOIRES:
• Mengkom compleet
(b).
• Aandrijfas
(c).
• Accessoire naar keuze
(f) (afhankelijk van het model).
• Accessoirehouder
(g).
MONTAGE VAN DE ACCESSOIRES:
• Plaats de mengkom
(b3) op het motorblok (a) en vergrendel deze.
• Plaats het gekozen accessoire
(f) in de accessoirehouder (g), steek de as van de aandrijfas (c) zover mogelijk
in het accessoire
(f), vergrendel het geheel en plaats alles op de uitgang van het motorblok (a1).
• Plaats het deksel
(b2) en vergrendel het op de kom (b3).
• Voor het verwijderen van de mengkom en zijn deksel: ontgrendel het deksel en daarna de kom.
INSCHAKELEN EN TIPS:
• Breng het voedsel in via de vulschacht van het deksel en begeleid het met behulp van de vulstop
(b1).
• Draai de snelheidsregelaar
(a3) op stand 1 voor snijden of op stand 2 voor raspen.
U kunt met de accessoires (afhankelijk van het model):
. grof raspen
(C) / fijn raspen (A): knolselderie, aardappelen, wortelen, kaas…
. dik snijden
(H) / fijn snijden (D): aardappelen, uien, komkommers, bieten, appels, wortelen, kool…
. fritesnijder
(E): frites
. fijn raspen
(G): Parmezaanse kaas, kokosnoot…
