• Non mettere mai la mano all’interno della caraffa termica.
• Non utilizzate il bricco o la caraffa termica senza il loro coperchio.
Al primo utilizzo
• Fare funzionare una prima volta la caffettiera senza caffè con 1 litro d’acqua per sciacquare il
circuito.
Preparazione del caffè
(Seguire le illustrazioni da 1 a 8)
• Aprire lo sportello usando il pulsante (g) situato sulla parte superiore della caffettiera.
• Utilizzare soltanto acqua fredda e un filtro in carta n°4. Non utilizzare la caraffa termica
senza il suo tappo.
• Non superare la quantità d’acqua massima indicata sul livello d’acqua del serbatoio.
• Questa caffettiera è dotata di un dispositivo antigoccia che permette di servirsi un caffè
prima della fine del passaggio d’acqua. Riposizionare rapidamente il bricco o la caraffa
termica per evitare che il caffè fuoriesca.
• Per una migliore conservazione del calore, sciacquare la caraffa termica con acqua prima
dell’utilizzo.
• Il coperchio della caraffa termica deve essere avvitato saldamente verso destra fino in
fondo per preparare il caffè e tenerlo al caldo. Per servire il caffè, svitare il coperchio di
1/4 di giro.
• Aspettare alcuni minuti prima di realizzare una seconda preparazione del caffè.
Selettore di aroma
• Il selettore di aroma (i) permette di regolare l’intensità del caffè preparato.
• Girare il selettore (i) verso destra sulla posizione per ottenere un caffè normale, in
cui tutta la quantità d’acqua contenuta nel serbatoio passa attraverso la polvere di
caffè.
• Per ottenere un caffè leggerissimo, mettete il selettore (i) verso sinistra sulla posizione
. Solo la metà circa della quantità d’acqua contenuta nel serbatoio passa attraverso la polvere
di caffè.
• Le posizioni intermedie sul selettore (i) permettono di regolare l’intensità.
Pulizia
• Per eliminare la polvere di caffè usata, togliere il porta-filtro (f) della caffettiera.
• Staccare la spina dalla corrente.
• Non pulire l’apparecchio caldo.
• Pulire con uno straccio o una spugnetta umida.
• Non mettere mai l’apparecchio nell’acqua o sotto l’acqua corrente.
• Il porta-filtro è lavabile in lavastoviglie.
• Riposizionate il porta-filtro (f) allineando i segni e visibili sul bordo esterno.
