Za namirnice koje dobijaju na zapremini ili stvaraju penu tokom kuvanja, kao
što su pirin, mahunarke, sušeno povrće, kompoti, bundeva, tikvice, šargarepa,
krompiri, riblji fileti, itd., ne punite više od 1/3 (MAX 1) kapaciteta ekspres lonca.
Ostavite ekspres lonac nekoliko minuta da se ohladi, a zatim ga stavite pod
hladnu vodu. Pre svakog otvaranja lagano protresite ekspres lonac nakon što
proverite da li se sigurnosna cev spustila kako biste izbegli udar pare koji može
dovesti do opekotina. Ova procedura je posebno važna prilikom brzog
otpuštanja pare ili nakon rashlađivanja lonca pod hladnom vodom. Ukoliko
pripremate supu, preporučujemo Vam da izvršite brzo smanjenje pritiska pod
hladnom vodom (pogledajte odeljak "Po završetku kuvanja u režimu 'Ekspres
lonac' ").
Kuvanje u režimu "Šerpa" *
Okrenite radni ventil (A) do položaja za kuvanje u režimu
“Šerpa” . Za tu svrhu snažno ga gurnite iza žleba u
položaj za ispust pare.
Pre puštanja ekspres lonca u rad, proverite da li je dobro
zatvoren - sl. 2.
Stavite ekspres lonac na izvor toplote podešen na
smanjenu jačinu.
Započnite odbrojavanje vremena kuvanja koje je
naznačeno u receptu.
U režimu “Šerpa”, u svakom trenutku možete otvoriti ekspres lonac da
promešate, kontrolišete kuvanje ili dodate sastojke.
Ako ne možete da otvorite proizvod, operite dihtung pod mlazom vode a
zatim ga ponovo vratite na poklopac bez prethodnog brisanja - sl. 19 i uverite
se da je ispravno postavljen ispod zareza na poklopcu - sl. 15.
Ako je izvor toplote prejak, može doći do zaključavanja ekspres lonca
(sigurnosna cev (D) se podiže i blokira otvaranje), ručka poklopca više nije
operativna ili ne otvara lonac. Ukoliko do toga dođe, smanjite ili potpuno
ugasite izvor toplote. Ako se radi o električnoj ringli od livenog gvožđa,
skinite lonac sa izvora toplote.
