KUVANJA...
Za modele sa nelepljivom oblogom: nemojte da
upotrebljavate metlice ili metalni kuhinjski pribor ili
kuhinjski pribor oštrih ivica. Nemojte da cedite svoj
kuhinjski pribor laganim udaranjem o ivicu uređaja, jer to
može da ošteti uređaj i prouzrokuje curenja.
Postepeno okrećite radni ventil (A) prema odabranoj
brzini smanjenja pritiska, dok ne bude naspram oznake sa
ikonicom - sl. 10. Ukoliko para prilikom oslobađanja
izlazi na neuobičajen način, ponovo postavite radni ventil
(A) u poziciju za kuvanje na režimu "Ekspres lonac", a zatim
izvršite brzo otpuštanje pritiska pod hladnom vodom.- sl.

Ukoliko se sigurnosna cev (D) ne spušta, stavite V
ekspres lonac pod hladnu vodu iz slavine - sl. 14.
Nikada ne preduzimajte radnje na sigurnosnoj cevi.
Nakon kuvanja mesa koje ima površinsku kožicu (npr.
goveđi jezik) koja pod dejstvom pritiska može da nabubri,
nemojte bosti meso dok je kožica naduvena, jer postoji
opasnost da se opečete. Pre kuvanja proverite da li je
meso izbockano.
Za namirnice koje dobijaju na zapremini ili stvaraju penu
tokom kuvanja, kao što su pirinač, mahunarke, sušeno
povrće, kompoti, bundeva, tikvice, šargarepa, krompiri,
riblji fileti, itd., ostavite Vaš ekspres lonac nekoliko minuta
da se ohladi, a zatim ga ohladite pod hladnom vodom. Pre
svakog otvaranja lagano protresite ekspres lonac nakon
što proverite da li se sigurnosna cev spustila kako biste
izbegli udar pare koji može dovesti do opekotina. Ova
procedura je posebno važna prilikom brzog otpuštanja
pare ili nakon rashlađivanja lonca pod hladnom vodom.
Veoma pažljivo pomerajte ekspres lonac kada je pod
pritiskom. Ne dodirujte vruće površine. Koristite ručke i
tastere. Po potrebi koristite rukavice.
Ukoliko pripremate supu, preporučujemo Vam da izvršite
brzo smanjenje pritiska pod hladnom vodom (pogledajte
odeljak "Po završetku kuvanja u režimu 'Ekspres lonac' ").
Pre otvaranja ekspres lonca proverite da li je ventil u
položaju za otpuštanje pritiska. Sigurnosna cev (D) mora
biti u donjem položaju.
Nikada ne otvarajte ekspres lonac silom. Proverite da li je
unutrašnji pritisak opao. Sigurnosna cev (D) mora biti u
donjem položaju. (Pogledajte poglavlje “Bezbednost” ).
