Hvis det er vanskelig å lukke kjelen: Skyll pakningen under vann, og sett den
tilbake i lokket uten å tørke - fig. 19 og 15. Sørg for at den er godt plassert
under hakkene på lokket.
Sett funksjonsventilen på plass (A) - fig. 8.
Koking i modusen
«Trykkoking»
Vri funksjonsventilen (A) til posisjonen for kokemodusen «Trykkoking» -
fig 9.
Påse at trykkokeren er forsvarlig lukket før du tar den i bruk - fig. 3.
Plasser trykkokeren på en koketopp, og innstill den på maksimal effekt.
For modellene med timer: Programmer inn koketiden som vist i oppskriften
(se avsnittet «Bruk av timer»).
Lyder og damp fra trykkindikatoren er normalt, det gjør at luft slipper ut før
kokingen.
Under koking i modusen «Trykkoking»
Når funksjonsventilen (A) slipper ut damp kontinuerlig og avgir en
regelmessig blåselyd (pssst), må du redusere varmen.
Følg koketiden som oppgis i oppskriften.
Påse at ventilen avgir blåselyden regelmessig. Dersom det ikke avgis damp,
sett opp varmen litt. I motsatt fall må varmen reduseres.
Når koking i modusen «Trykkoking» er ferdig.
For å slippe ut dampen:
Når varmekilden er slått av, har du to muligheter:
Gradvis dekomprimering: Drei gradvis på funksjonsventilen (A) for å
avslutte foran symbolet - fig 10.
