Para limpar a conduta de saída do vapor (B), situado na tampa:
Retire a válvula (A) (fig. 11).
Verifique, à luz do dia, se a conduta de saída do vapor está desobstruída e
apresenta uma forma redonda (fig. 13). Caso seja necessário, limpe a conduta
utilizando um palito (fig. 17).
Para limpar a válvula de segurança (E):
Limpe a zona da válvula de segurança situada no interior da tampa, passando-
a por água.
Verifique o seu funcionamento, fazendo força na esfera (com um cotonete sem
o algodão) que deve estar móvel (fig. 18). Consultar a secção «Verificações
obrigatórias antes de cada utilização».
Para limpar o temporizador* (F) :
Utilize um pano limpo e seco.
Não utilize solventes.
Nunca passe o temporizador por água, nem o coloque na máquina de lavar loiça.
Para substituir a junta vedante da panela de pressão:
Substitua a junta vedante da panela de pressão anualmente ou se
apresentar danos.
Opte sempre por uma junta vedante de origem TEFAL, correspondente ao
seu modelo (consultar a secção «Acessórios»).
Para voltar a colocar a junta vedante, consulte a fig. 15 e certifique-se de
que esta passa bem por baixo de cada um dos encaixes da tampa.
Para arrumar a panela de pressão:
Coloque a tampa virada para cima sobre a cuba.
O mecanismo de abertura/fecho da panela de pressão não necessita de
manutenção especial para além da limpeza.
Manutenção
É importante que, após 10 anos de utilização, a panela de pressão seja
verificada por um Serviço de Assistência Técnica autorizado TEFAL.
