• Descompresión rápida bajo agua fría: deje correr agua fría en su fregadero
y coloque en este el fondo de la olla a presión hasta que la varilla de
seguridad descienda - fig.14. Cuando la varilla de seguridad (D) vuelva a
descender, significará que la olla ya no se encuentra a presión. Gire la válvula
de funcionamiento (A) hasta la posición .
Ya puede abrir la olla a presión - fig.3.
En caso de dificultad para abrir el aparato: poner la junta bajo el agua y
volver a colocarla en la tapa sin secarla - fig.19 y cuidando de colocarla bajo
las pestañas de la tapa - fig 15.
Si durante la liberación de vapor observa proyecciones anormales,
vuelva a colocar la válvula de funcionamiento (A) en la posición de
cocción en modo «olla a presión»
y después efectúe una
descompresión rápida en agua fría.
Si la varilla de seguridad (D) no desciende, deje correr agua fría en
su fregadero y coloque en este el fondo de la olla a presión hasta
que la varilla de seguridad descienda - fig.14.
