Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Schnellkochtopf richtig verschlossen ist, bevor Sie ihn
in Betrieb nehmen

Stellen Sie den Schnellkochtopf auf eine Hitzequelle und stellen Sie dann die
Maximalleistung ein.
Bei den Modellen mit Timer* : Programmieren Sie die in dem Rezept angegebene
Garzeit (siehe Kapitel „Verwendung des Timers“).
Die von der Druckanzeige abgegebenen Klickgeräusche und Dämpfe sind normal.
Dabei wird vor dem Garen Luft abgelassen.
Während des Garens im Modus ‚Schnellkochtopf‘
Sobald ständig Dampf aus dem Garregler
(A)
entweicht und ein gleichmäßiges
Geräusch (PSCHHHT) zu hören ist, verringern Sie die Leistung der Heizquelle.
Warten Sie nun die im Rezept angegebene Garzeit ab.
Achten Sie während des Kochens darauf, dass der Garregler gleichmäßig zischt.
Wenn nicht genug Dampf entweicht, erhöhen Sie die Leistung der Heizquelle etwas;
wenn zu viel Dampf vorhanden ist, verringern Sie die Leistung.
Ende des Garvorgangs im Modus ‚Schnellkochtopf‘
Ablassen des Dampfs:
Nach Abschalten der Wärmequelle haben Sie zwei Möglichkeiten:

Langsame Druckminderung:
Drehen Sie langsam den Garregler
(A)
, bis die
gewünschte Druckablassgeschwindigkeit der Piktogrammanzeige
gegenüberliegt
