Importante: durante a memorização das características pessoais:

– A Bodysignal deve ser mantida no chão,

– a pressão das teclas faz-se com um único dedo,

– a base só deve ser pressionada pelo dedo nas teclas e não deve ser segurada.

sequência I – páginas 4 e 5

Desça da base, para guardar as características pessoais na memória, tenha em conta

as seguintes indicações:

Exemplo de uma mulher de 34 anos que mede

160 cm

1/ Selecção do sexo:

• Se for mulher, prima durante 2 segundos .

• Se for homem, prima durante 2 segundos .

• Valide a escolha feita premindo durante 2 segundos

2/ Selecção da altura (de 100 a 220 cm):

• Se medir mais de 165 cm, prima durante 2 segundos

até chegar à sua altura.

• Se medir menos de 165 cm, prima durante 2

segundos até chegar à sua altura.

• Valide a altura premindo durante 2 segundos .

3/ Selecção da idade:

• Se tiver mais de 30 anos, prima durante 2 segundos

até chegar à sua idade.

• Se tiver menos de 30 anos, prima durante 2 segundos

até chegar à sua idade.

• Valide a idade premindo durante 2 segundos .

As suas características são automaticamente

guardadas na primeira memória livre. 3 bips e as suas

características no ecrã confirmam a memorização

correcta e o número de memória que lhe é atribuído.
