5)– 程序结束后，将米浆倒入玻璃杯即

可饮用。

五谷浆五谷浆 1)– 50克大米

2)– 40克花生

3)– 40克黑芝麻

4)– 清水

1)– 将食材放入热搅拌杯内，加水至

1000毫升刻度线。

2)– 盖上盖子，将热搅拌杯装在搅拌

机上。

3)– 等到–LED–指示灯亮起，选择“五谷

浆”程序。

4)– 程序结束后，将五谷浆倒入玻璃杯

即可饮用。

豆汤

1)– 2只西红柿

2)– 1只土豆

3)– 1/4个洋葱

4)– 橄榄油调味

5)– 海盐调味

6)– 温水

橄榄油和温水至800毫升刻度线。
