• 300 g herneid
• 60 g peeneks hakitud magusat sibulat
• 300 g kurki, mis on hakitud kuubikuteks
• 300 ml vett
• 200 ml sojakoort
• 20 värsket mündilehte
• 1/2 sidrunit
• 1 teelusikatäis suhkrut
• Soola, pipart
Pange herned, sibul, kurk, vesi ja sojakoor supi valmistamise seadmesse. Maitsestage.
Valige „püreesupi“ seadistus.
Pange 4 tunniks külmikusse, kuni supp on maha jahtunud.
Avage supi valmistamise seade. Lisage suhkur, mündilehed ja poole sidruni mahl.
Valige „smuuti“ seadistus.
Serveerige jahutatult.
Vürtsikama supi saamiseks lisage 1 tl wasabi pastat, mädarõigast või teralist Dijoni sinepit.
Supile tekstuuri andmiseks võite lisada ka 50 g minipastat või kikerherneid.
Tükkidega porrulaugu ja kartuli supp
• 625 ml köögiviljapuljongit
• 75 g hakitud sibulat
• 1 küüslauguküüs, purustatud
• 300 g viilutatud porrulauku, mis on lõigatud 1,5 cm viiludeks
• 200 g jahust kartulit (Maris Piper, King Edward), mis on lõigatud 1,5 cm kuubikuteks
• Soola ja värskelt jahvatatud musta pipart
SERVEERIMISEKS
• Hakitud siledalehist peterselli
Valage pool köögiviljapuljongi kogusest supi valmistamise seadmesse. Seejärel lisage
koostisained alltoodud järjekorras: hakitud sibul, purustatud küüslauk, viilutatud porrulauk,
kartulikuubikud, soola (pidage meeles, et puljong on soolane), musta pipart ja lõpuks ülejäänud
puljong. Paigaldage kaas. Valige „tükkidega supi“ seadistus.
Kui küpsetusprotsess on lõppenud, eemaldage kaas. Maitske ja vajadusel maitsestage.
Serveerimisel kaunistage hakitud peterselliga.
