Krepka pileća supa
600 ml pilećeg temeljca (pripremljenog od kocke)
60 g sitno naseckanog luka
200 g cvetova karola veličine zalogaja
200 g šargarepe, nasečene na tanke kriške debljine 1 cm
200 g lea od pilećih prsa bez kostiju i kože, nasečenog na kockice od 1,5 cm
1 začinski buketić (tj. grančice svežeg peršuna, majčine dušice i listovi bosiljka povezani
koncem)
So i sveže mleven crni biber
POSLUŽIVANJE
2 kašike punomasne pavlake (po želji)
1 kašika grubo zrnatog senfa (po želji)
1 kašika seckanog svežeg peršuna
Ulijte pola temeljca u aparat za pripremu supe. Zatim dodajte sastojke sledećim redosledom:
naseckani luk, cvetovi karola, naseckana šargarepa, kockice piletine, sveže začinsko bilje, so
(vodite računa da će temeljac da bude malo slan), crni biber i preostali temeljac. Pričvrstite
poklopac. Izaberite preostalu chunky soup (supa sa komadićima). U međuvremenu
pomešajte pavlaku i senf. Ulijte umak u malu činiju; odložite na stranu.
Kada je kuvanje završeno, skinite poklopac i izvadite buketić sa začinskim biljem. Poslužite
supu vruću, ukrašenu naseckanim peršunom i kašikom umaka.

Supi možete da date orijentalni ukus dodavanjem umaka od soje, pirinčanog sirćeta i
naseckanog svežeg korijandera umesto umaka od senfa.
Supa od 5 vrsta povrća
150 g tanko nasečenog praziluka
150 g šargarepe, naseckane na kockice
100 g tikvica, naseckanih na kockice
150 g repe, naseckane na kockice
100 g naseckanog luka
1 češanj belog luka, oljušten
1 štapić celera, tanko nasečen
700 ml vode

POSLUŽIVANJE
Parče ementalera ili rendanog francuskog sira comté, krutoni.
Stavite sve sastojke u aparat za pripremu supe. Izaberite postavku « soup with pieces » (supa
sa komadićima).
Poslužite s malo rendanog sira i krutonima poprženim na maslacu.
Ako želite da supa bude bogatija i poslužena kao glavno jelo, zamenite 100 g šargarepe
i 100 grama praziluka sa 250 g krompira.
