Battery change

The battery is available in the stores or in our TEFAL service centers.

Open the battery compartment and place a new button lithium battery CR2032 3 volts

polarity + on the top. Replace the cover.

Keep the battery out of reach of children.

IMPORTANT: When installing a new battery, always wait half an hour before using the

appliance.

Cleaning

• Clean the body of the thermometer using a soft cloth.

• The probe can be cleaned with cotton soaked in disinfectant.

• The lens can be cleaned with cotton gently soaked in disinfectant.

Warning:

• Do not immerse in water or in any other liquid.

• Do not use any abrasive products.

Environment protection first!

• Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered

or recycled.

• Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.

Never throw used battery into the dustbin:

consider them as chemical residue.

Προφυλξεις χρσης

Το Θερµµετρο Αυτιο και Μετπου λαµβνει τισ υπρυθρεσ ακτνεσ που

εκπµπονται στην επιφνεια του δρµατοσ και στην περιοχ του τυµπνου. Σασ

επιτρπει να ελγχετε µε ευκολα τη θερµοκρασα του παιδιο σασ, αλλ εναι επσησ

εκολο στη χρση ταν χρησιµοποιεται µε τον κατλληλο τρπο:

• Το θερµµετρο

TEFAL προορζεται αποκλειστικ για τη µτρηση θερµοκρασασ απ

το αυτ  το µτωπο. χετε υπψη σασ τι, σε καµα περπτωση, η συσκευ δεν

αντικαθιστ την ποψη του γιατρο. Σε περπτωση αµφιβολασ  πυρετο,

συµβουλευτετε τον γιατρ σασ. Η TEFAL δεν αναλαµβνει καµα ευθνη που

σχετζεται µε την κακ ερµηνεα των αποτελεσµτων.

Η απλ μτρηση της θερμοκρασας δεν αποτελε ιατρικ γνμη, µην τροποποιετε τισ

οδηγεσ του γιατρο σασ χωρσ πρτα να τον συµβουλευτετε.

• Για να διασφαλσετε τι η µτρηση θα εναι ακριβσ, η κεφαλ ανγνωσησ τησ

συσκευσ, ιδιατερα ο µετρητσ θερµοκρασασ, πρπει να εναι απλυτα καθαρ.

• Αποφγετε τισ κροσεισ και πτσεισ του θερµµετρου. Βεβαιωθετε τι το

θερµµετρο λειτουργε καλσ κατπιν τησ αγορσ.

• Επανατοποθετετε πντα το καπκι προστασασ µετ απ κθε χρση.

• Σε περπτωση µεταφορσ ενσ τµµατοσ σε να λλο, περιµνετε τουλχιστον 30

λεπτ προτο χρησιµοποισετε τη συσκευ.

• Μην µετρτε τη θερµοκρασα κατ τα 30 λεπτ που ακολουθον µετ απ σωµατικ

σκηση, οτε και µετ απ µπνιο  γεµα.

• Μην αφνετε το θερµµετρο σε µροσ που µπορον να το φτσουν παιδι.

• Μην εκθτετε το θερµµετρο:

- Σε οποιαδποτε πηγ θερµτητασ (καλοριφρ, ηλιακσ ακτνεσ, ...)

- Σε σκνη  υγρασα.

• Μην βυθζετε το θερµµετρο σε οποιοδποτε υγρ.

• Μην αγγζετε τον µετρητ θερµοκρασασ µε τα δχτυλα.

ΘΕΡΜΟΚΡΑΣΙΑ ΣΩΜΑΤΟΣ: η φυσιολογικ θερµοκρασα του ανθρπινου σµατοσ για

το διο τοµο ποικλλει κατ τη διρκεια τησ ηµρασ. Μετρται σε µια κλµακα

καθορισµνων τιµν ανλογα µε το µροσ του σµατοσ που η θερµοκρασα εναι

ενδεικτικ:

- Μτρηση απ τον πρωκτ: 36,6

°C - 37,8°C

- Μτρηση απ τη µασχλη (κτω απ το µπρτσο): 34,7°C - 37,3°C

- Μτρηση απ το στµα (µσα στο στµα)  το µτωπο: 35,5°C - 37,5°C

- Μτρηση απ το αυτ: 35,8°C - 37,8°C

Προσοχ, η συσκευ δεν εναι κατλληλη για την ανχνευση υποθερμας.
