Beregn ca. 200 g pr. person: Brug kun friske varer (ikke frosne).
Fjern sener og fedt fra kødet. Fjern ben fra fisk. Skær skaldyr over i to halvdele.
Skær kød, fisk, grøntsager eller frugt i stykker af ca. 1/2 cm tykkelse og 5 til 6 cm lange:
Tilberedning i ”normale” størrelser er ikke optimalt til brug på apparatet.
Hvis du bruger apparatet til et komplet måltid med flere forskellige madvarer (fisk, skaldyr,
kød og frugt) anbefaler vi, at stenpladen rengøres efter hver madtype (f.eks.: kød og frugt)
for ikke at risikere at noget mad tager smag af noget andet. Dertil bruges den tilhørende
skraber, der er leveret med apparatet (afhængig af model) eller en spatel. Tør herefter
stenpladen af for at fjerne madrester.
Rengør ikke stenpladen med vand, mens den er varm, det kan få den til at knække.
Det vil tage stenpladen mellem 5 til 10 minutter at ændre temperatur til den ønskede ind-
stilling, når apparatet er i brug.
Sluk for apparatet r ltidet er rdigt: Stenpladen holder godt varmen, at den vil re
varm nok til tilberedning af mad i endnu 10 minutter efter, der er slukket for varmelegemet.
Opskrifter:
Læg skiver af kød, fisk, grøntsager eller frugt stenpladen, og lad dem stege som du vil have
dem. Krydr først madvarerne på tallerkenen. Server kolde saucer, salat og kartofler som tilbehør.
