Para esta receita, utilize os batedores metálicos com hastes paralelas. Disponíveis no seu
revendedor TEFAL ref. SA192377 .
250g farinha de trigo + 150g farinha de centeio + 1 saqueta (11g) de fermento
150g de açúcar + 1 saqueta de açúcar baunilhado ( 7.5g)
especiarias: canela (4g), cardamomo ( 1g), erva-doce (1g), noz-moscada (0.2g ,1 pitada)
250g de mel líquido, 1 ovo, 5cl de leite
- Numa taça verta as 2 farinhas, o fermento e os 2 açúcares.
- moa as especiarias e acrescente-as à preparação
- acrescente o mel, o ovo e o leite
- misture utilizando a posição « 5 » durante 1 minuto, de seguida deixe repousar durante 10
minutos antes de misturar durante 10s na posição « Turbo »
Deite a massa numa forma para queque previamente untada e deixe cozer no forno durante 1h,
com o termóstato na posição 5.
