Verwenden Sie für dieses Rezept die Flachrührer. Erhältlich bei Ihrem TEFAL-Händler, Art.-
Nr. SA192377.
250g Weizenmehl + 150 g Roggenmehl + 1 Päckchen (11 g) Backpulver
150 g Zucker + 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker (7,5 g)
Gewürze: Zimt (4 g), Kardamom (1 g), grüner Anis (1 g), Muskatnuss (0,2 g = 1 Prise)
250 g flüssiger Honig, 1 ganzes Ei, 5 cl Milch
- Weizen- und Roggenmehl, Backpulver, Zucker und Vanillezucker in eine Schüssel geben.
- die Gewürze mahlen und hinzufügen
- Honig, Ei und Milch hinzufügen.
- 1 Minute auf Position „5“ verquirlen, 10 Minuten ruhen lassen, dann 10 Sekunden auf Position
„Turbo“ verarbeiten.
Den Teig in eine gefettete Backform geben und 1 Stunde bei 200°C im Ofen backen
(Gas Stufe 5).
