250 g hvedemel + 150 g rugmel + 1 brev (eller 11 g) bagepulver
150 g sukker + 1 brev vanillesukker (eller 7.5 g)
Krydderier: Kanel (4 g), kardemomme (1 g), grøn anis (1 g), muskatnød (0.2 g, 1 knivspids)
250 g flydende honning,1 helt æg, 5 cl mælk
- I en skål hældes de 2 slags mel, bagepulver og de 2 slags sukker.
- Stød krydderierne, og kom dem i blandingen.
- Tilsæt honning, æg og mælk.
- Bland ved at bruge hastighed «5» i 1 minut, og lad dejen hvile i 10 minutter, inden den igen
piskes i 10 sek. på position «Turbo».
Hæld dejen i en smurt sandkageform, og bag kagen i ovnen på 200° Ct 5 i 1 time.
