Para esta receta, utilice los batidores de bandes. Disponibles en el establecimiento de su
revendedor TEFAL ref. SA192377 .
250g harina de trigo + 150g harina de sarraceno + 1 paquete (11g) de levadura química
150g de azúcar + 1 paquete de azúcar vainillado ( 7.5g)
especias: canela (4g), cardamomo ( 1g), anís verde (1g), nuez moscada (0.2g ,1 pizca)
250g de miel líquida, 1 huevo entero, 5cl de leche
- En una ensaladera, vierta las 2 harinas, la levadura química y los 2 azúcares.
- muela las especias y añádalas a la preparación
- añada la miel, el huevo y la leche
- mezclar utilizando la posición “5” durante 1 minuto, y deje reposar 10 minutos antes de
mezclar durante 10seg en posición “Turbo”
Poner la masa en un molde para pastel engrasado con mantequilla y cocer en un horno durante
1h termostato en posición 5.
