Waffeln mit Bier
• 33 cl Bier • 250 g Mehl • 10 g Backpulver • 1 Teelöffel Salz • 75 g Zucker •
50 g Butter • 4 Eier • 1 Teelöffel Zitronensaft
Gießen Sie das Bier in einen Krug und lassen Sie es so lange stehen,
bis der Schaum verschwunden ist. Mischen Sie das Mehl, Backpulver
und das Salz. Rühren Sie die Eier in einer großen Schüssel, geben
nach und nach das Bier, die Butter, den Zucker und den Zitronensaft
hinzu und mixen es ungefähr 2 Minuten. Geben Sie löffelweise das
Mehl hinzu und rühren den Teig solange, bis eine geschmeidige
Masse entsteht.
Knusprige Waffeln mit heier Schokolade und
Eiscreme
• 250 g Mehl • 10 g Backpulver • 1 Prise Salz • 2 Stückchen Zucker • 75 g
Butter • 2 Eier • 1/4 l Milch • 1 Glas Cognac • Vanille-Eis • Schokolade
Verrühren Sie Backpulver, Zucker und ein Glas Wasser, lassen es
15 Minuten stehen. Rühren Sie dies anschließend unter die Eier und
die Butter. Geben Sie dann Milch, Mehl, Cognac und Salz hinzu, bis
Sie eine flüssige Mixtur haben.
Lassen Sie diesen Teig ca. 3 Stunden in einem warmen Raum
stehen.
Vor dem Servieren geben Sie 2 Kugeln Vanilleeis mit etwas heißer
Schokolade hinzu (Man kann auch Puderzucker oder Marmelade
dazu servieren).
