Sandwich
Sæt sandwichpladerne i apparatet.
Indstil termostaten på position 2 eller 3 (afhængig af model).
Placer de forberedte sandwich på sandwichpladerne.
Luk apparatet og sørg for at håndtagene er lukket
ordentligt sammen.
Lad sandwichen toaste i 3 eller 4 minutter afhængig af
smag.
Toast
• 4 skiver brød • 20 g. smør • 70 g. smelteost • 1 skive tyk kogt skinke • peber
Smør brødene på den side, der skal vende udad. Skær smelteosten
i tynde skiver og placer halvdelen af osten på to stykker brød. Placer
halvdelen af skinken ovenpå osten og drys med peber. Dæk med
resten af osten og læg de to andre stykker brød ovenpå.
Virginia Toasts
• 4 skiver brød • 20 g. smør • 1 lille løg • purløg • 4 tsk. flødeost, godt afdryppet
• 1 spsk. piskefløde • salt • paprika
Smør brødene på den side, der skal vende udad. Skræl og hak løget
fint. Vask purløget og klip i små stykker. Rør smelteost, piskefløde,
løg, purløg, salt og tsk. paprika i en skål. Læg fyldet på to stykker
brød og læg de to andre stykker brød ovenpå.
Roquefort Toasts
• 4 skiver brød • 30 g. smør • 8 valnødder • 50 g. Roquefort ost
Smør brødene på den side, der skal vende udad. Hak valnødderne
groft. Rør dem sammen med 10 g. smør og Roquefort osten. Læg
blandingen på to stykker brød og læg de to andre stykker brød
ovenpå.
Søde Toasts
• 4 skiver brød • 20 g. smør • 2 chokolade barer af ren chokolade • 1/2 banan
Smør brødene på den side, der skal vende udad. På to af brødene
læg to stykker chokolade, banan skåret i skiver og derefter to
stykker chokolade. Læg de to andre stykker brød ovenpå.
