Do I need to wash my Tefal Tajine with soapy water or just wipe it with a cloth at the end of cooking. I have heard that famines should be wiped and not washed so that the spices penetrate the terracotta. not sure if this is the case with the more modern ones. Submitted on 24-7-2023 at 09:49
