Flensjes met ham en room
• 3 plakken ham • 1 kom geraspte kaas • 1 pot verse room
Leg 1/2 hamplak op uw flens wanneer de tweede kant gebakken is.
Strooi de geraspte kaas er over. Wanneer de ham heet is, deze bedekken
met de verse room en de flens in envelop vouwen.
Flensjes met Roquefort, verse room en walnoten
• 1 stuk verkruimelde Roquefort • 1 klein potje verse room • 4 tot 5 gemalen walnoten
Vermeng alle ingrediënten. Garneer de flens op uw plaat met deze
bereiding en vouw in vieren.
Flensjes met honing, walnoten of hazelnoten
• 3 soeplepels honing • 100 g verbrijzelde walnoten of hazelnoten
Vermeng alle ingrediënten. Wanneer de tweede kant gebakken is, de
flens vullen met deze bereiding en in vieren vouwen. Nog enkele
seconden op de bakplaat laten liggen. Serveer en versier met slagroom.
Garneersuggesties:

• in dunne plakjes gesneden gerookte zalm (met citroensap)
Als hoofdgerecht
• kipfilet in plakjes met currysaus (currysaus: béchamelsaus met 1 fijngehakte ui en
1/2 theelepel curry)
Met kaas
• geraspte kaas (jong, belegen, gruyère of parmezaanse kaas): de kaas na het
draaien op de pannenkoek leggen en laten smelten • Roquefort, gorgonzola, crème
fraîche, kwark (de pannenkoek op het bord garneren)
Als nagerecht
• gesmolten chocolade met amandelen, nootjes of gemalen hazelnoten • bruine
suiker, poedersuiker of jam (bosbessen, aardbeien e.d.) • kastanjepuree • bolletjes
roomijs (vanille, chocolade) • honing, noten, gemalen hazelnoten • banaanschijfjes
met suiker
Geflambeerde flensjes
• suiker en Grand Marnier • ananas en rum • appels en Calvados
