Segue la programmazione dei singoli step: per ciascuno step occorre impostare

parametri diversi a seconda del tipo di profilo scelto.

• Per il

profilo a potenza costante occorre impostare il valore del GOAL scelto,

velocità e pendenza:

     

     

Digitare coi tasti numerici il valore dell’obiettivo, poi premere ENTER per confer-

mare e proseguire.

   

Digitare con i tasti numerici la velocità del tappeto per il primo step, in chilometri

orari, poi premere ENTER per confermare e proseguire.

   

Digitare con i tasti numerici la pendenza del tappeto, in percentuale, per il primo

step, poi premere ENTER per confermare e proseguire.

• Per il

profilo di tipo CPR, occorre impostare il valore del GOAL scelto e la

percentuale della F.C. massima teorica da mantenere costante.

     

     

Digitare coi tasti numerici il valore dell’obiettivo, poi premere ENTER per confer-

mare e proseguire.
