5 Oefenen met constante hartslag (CPR)
Oefeningen met constante pulsen zijn erg belangrijk in al die situaties waarin men bepaalde hartritmewaarden
constant wil houden. Bij oefeningen met constante hartslag wordt om die reden de moeilijkheidsgraad automatisch
gereguleerd en wel zodanig dat de hartfrequentie op de gekozen waarde wordt gebracht en vervolgens tijdens de
gehele oefening constant wordt gehouden.
Bij deze oefening is het noodzakelijk dat de hartslagband gedragen wordt.
Druk in stand-by op de toets .
selecteer het doel (goal)
Druk de GOAL-toets van het gewenste doel in.

calorien = 320
afstand = km 20.5
Voer met de nummertoetsen de waarde van het doel in en druk op ENTER om te bevestigen en verder te gaan.
