Technogym s.p.a. acht zich alleen aansprakelijk als de volgende voorzorgsmaatregelen in acht zijn genomen:

- handdoeken en dergelijke bevinden zich niet op het toestel.

toestemming is verleend, oneigenlijk gebruik, ongevallen, nalatigheid, een onjuiste montage of installatie, afvalresten van constructiewerkzaamheden in
de omgeving waarin het product zich bevindt, oxidatie- of corrosieverschijnselen door de plaatsing van het product, wijzigingen of aanpassingen die zonder
de schriftelijke toestemming van Technogym zijn aangebracht of uit het niet in acht nemen, door de gebruiker, van de bepalingen in de gebruikshandleiding
met betrekking tot het gebruik, de werking en het onderhoud.
