De toename van de tijd wordt weergegeven in het doeldisplay en in de boog; in de boog knippert de led die de lopende minuut weergeeft.
Met de toetsen voor het selecteren van het doel wordt bepaald welke waarde tijdens de oefening op het display moet worden weergegeven, de tijd of de afstand;
de gekozen waarde blijft op het display staan terwijl de andere om de 60” kort wordt afgewisseld.
De toetsen voor het wijzigen van de helling en de snelheid en de toetsen STOP en PAUZE zijn actief.
