Ga op het zadel zitten en pak het stuur vast; vanuit deze positie controleren of de benen, wanneer het voetpedaal in de onderste stand staat, zich helemaal
kunnen strekken.
Stel het zadel in de hoogte af met behulp van de hendel die zich onder het achterste
gedeelte van het zadel bevindt.
Om het zadel omhoog te brengen kunt u het gewoon omhoogtrekken; om het
omlaag te brengen moet u de hendel gebruiken.
Op de buis van het zadel bevindt zich een schaalverdeling; wanneer u de juiste
afstelling heeft gevonden is het verstandig om de betreende waarde in de
trainingskaart op te slaan
