select the Cancel item.
8.16.7 Adding a Favourite to the Internet list
Frequently used websites can be added to the Internet list to make it easier to access them later.
> First use the URL entry to call up the website you want to add to the Internet list as
a Favourite.
> Then in the Options selection select the Add to Favourites item.
The link to the website you called up is added to the end of the Internet list. This can now be
allocated to any position in the Internet list or added to other Favourites lists.
8.16.8 Search engine
> By using the Options selection to call up the Search item, the search engine web
page is automatically called up.
8.16.9 Status
The status display gives you a quick overview of the technical details for the active web page.
> To do this, select the Status item in the Options selection.
> You can use the up/down arrow keys to select the General status or the
security status and display this by pressing the OK button.
8.16.10 Ending the Internet session
> To switch from a web page you have called up back to normal mode, press the WWW
button three times or press the TV/Radio button.
9 Operating the DVR
The DVR function (DVR=Digital Video Recorder) means you no longer have to use an
external recorder (e.g. video or DVD recorder) to record programmes, as you can use this
function to record them to an attached USB storage device or inserted SD/MMC card.
The recording capacity thus depends on the volume of data in the broadcast material and
the size of the storage medium (USB storage medium, eSATA hard disk, SD/MMC card).
9.1 DVR recording
Before you start a DVR recording, please define in the Recording Media
Settings menu which data storage device should be used as a recording medium.
