6.3 DAB MODE – PRUNE
This function allows all unavailable stations to be removed from the station
list. Press the MENU button to enter the tuning menu.
6.3.1 Press the TUN/CH (!) or (") buttons until ‘Prune’ is displayed and then
press the OK button to confirm.
6.3.2 Press the TUN/CH (!) or (") buttons to select <yes> and then press the
OK button to confirm and delete. If <no> is selected the operation will be
cancelled.
6.4 DAB MODE – SECONDARY SERVICES
Some stations include secondary services and when these are available a
‘>’ symbol appears after the station name. To access this service press the
SELECT button.
6.5 DAB RESET
Moving the radio to another location in the country the pre-tuned and
stored stations may no longer be available and it will be necessary to reset
the radio back to the factory settings.
6.5.1 Press the MENU button to enter the tuning menu.
6.5.2 Press the TUN/CH (!) or (") buttons until ‘System’ is displayed and press
the OK button to confirm.
6.5.3 Press the TUN/CH (!) or (") buttons until ‘Factory reset’ is displayed and
press the SELECT button to confirm.
6.5.4 Press the TUN/CH (!) or (") buttons to highlight <yes> and then press
OK button again and the reset will begin.
6.5.5 A ‘full scan’ will then start and the display will show a slow progressing
slide bar.
6.5.6 When the scan is finished the radio will play the first alphanumerically
found station. All stored programmed stations will be lost during reset.
