MODO DE EMPLEO
La primera vez que se enchufa, hace humo y huele. Esto es normal, puesto que en su
fabricación se pueden haber adherido grasas que se estén quemando.
Cuando utilice el aparato por primera vez, pásele un paño humedecido.
Enchufe su aparato y cierre el aparato.
El testigo luminoso rojo se enciende.
El testigo luminoso verde se encenderá cuando será conseguida la temperatura de
cocción. Si la preparación es continuada, el testigo luminoso se apagara y encenderá de
continuo. Ello indica que el termostato mantiene las placas a temperatura constante.
Pero no sujete las asas durante la cocción, ya que la fuga de vapor podría quemarle.
Abra enteramente el aparato.
Eche la mezcla en las placas inferiores pero no en los lados.
Hornee hasta obtener un color dorado, unos 3 minutos. Quite los gorrees con la ayuda de
una espátula de madera o plástico resistente al calor.
Cuando haya terminado, desenchufe el aparato y mantenga las placas abiertas para
que se enfríen.

150-200 ml de agua (leche no)
BARQUILLOS DE MANZANA

½ cucharadita (de las de café) de sal

1 cucharada de clavos de girasol molidos
1 pizca de canela
2 manzanas peladas y cortadas a
