Čokoláda
200 g cukru - 400 ml mlieka - 200 mlSahne - 2 vajcia - 100 g horkej čokolády
Chop čokolády na malé kúsky a miesto s trochou mlieka a vanilky v nádobe vo vodnom
kúpeli. Vajcia s cukrom do nadýchaný, zvyšné mlieko a rozpustenej čokolády (musí mať
ochladilo) Pridať, dobre premiešajte a nalejte zmes do studenej nádrže.
Čučoriedkové zmrzliny
200 g cukru - 250 ml smotany - 400 g mrazenej čučoriedky - ½ citróna
Čučoriedky a nechajte rozmraziť pri izbovej teplote na formovanie šťavu, pridáme citrónovú
šťavu, smotanu a cukor. Zmiešajte prísady dobre, kým sú pevné oni, a nalejte zmes do studenej
nádrže.
Jahoda
150 g cukru - 250 ml mlieka - 200 ml smotany - 1 vajce - 300 g zrelej jahody
Vajcia s cukrom do nadýchané, nasekané jahody a ďalšie zložky pridať. Dobre premiešajte a
nalejte zmes do studenej nádrže.
Vlašský orech
200 g cukru - 300 ml mlieka - 200 ml smotany - 2 vajcia - 100 g vlašských orechov (jadier) - 2
lyžice orechového likéru
Chop orechy, cukor, pridáme vajcia a zmes poraziť do hladka. Zvyšok prísad v úzkych, zmes sa
mieša dobre a naliať do nádrže studenej.
Liköreis a nealkoholické nápoje
Recepty s alkoholom vyžadujú 10 do 15 minút dlhšie zmrzlina.
Champagne chuť
125 g cukru - 300 ml smotany - 300 ml šampanského alebo šumivého vína
Cukor sa rozpustí v šampanské, pridajte smotanu a nalejte do nádoby.
Mäty piepornej chuti
100 g cukru - 250 ml mlieka - 250 ml smotany - 250 ml likér mäty piepornej - 1 + ½ citróna
Pridajte cukor a dobre premiešame s citrónovou šťavou. Pridajte ostatné prísady, dobre
premiešajte a nalejte zmes do nádoby.
Whisky chuť
100 g cukru - 250 ml mlieka - 300 ml smotany - 1 vajce - 85 ml whisky - 1 štipka strúhanej
citrónovej kôry
Vajcia s cukrom do nadýchaný, pridajte nastrúhanej citrónovej kôry (len k obohateniu chuti),
pridáme mlieko, smotanu a likér, dobre premiešajte a nalejte zmes do nádoby.
Zitronatgeschmack
100 g cukru - 450 ml mlieka - 300 ml Zitronatsirup
Cukor s mliekom, vmiešame do úzkych Zitronatsirup, dobre premiešajte a nalejte zmes do
nádoby.
Sorbety
Recepty s alkoholom vyžadujú 10 do 15 minút dlhšie zmrzlina. Odporúča sa, aby odobrať
sorbet až zima, keď podnosy, ako sa topiť rýchlo.
