durante largos periodos. No olvide nunca desenchufar la fondue cuando acabe y
siempre que no la utilice. Antes de desenchufar coloque el regulador termostatíco en la
posición baja.
Si su freidora está equipada de un filtro antiolores, es aconsejable utilizarlo durante el
funcionamiento (procure limpiar su filtro regularmente, ver apartado “Limpieza”). En caso
de no disponer de filtro antiolores, no coloque la tapa durante la fritura, podría provocar
un incendio o desbordamiento. En este caso la tapa solo sirve para guardarla y
transportarla (una vez enfriada la freidora).
Ventile la estancia durante el funcionamiento.
No lo deje nunca su freidora al alcance de los niños y tenga cuidado que el cabo no se
encuentre encima de la superficie de trabajo.

INSTRUCCIONES ANTES DE SU PRIMERA UTILIZACIÓN
• Quite el embalaje del aparato y saque todos los accesorios.
• Antes de su primer uso, se recomienda limpiar cuidadosamente la tapa, la cubeta, la
cesta y los accesorios de la freidora-fondue con un paño humedecido con agua tibia
jabonosa, esto permitirá la eliminación de los posibles residuos procedentes de la
fabricación. (Ver capitulo “Limpieza”).
• Fije el asa a la cesta apretándola (etapa 1) antes de insertarla en la ranura prevista en la
cesta (etapa 2).
UTILIZACIÓN DE LA FREIDORA
PRIMERA UTILIZACION
• Llene la cubeta de aceite entre el nivel mínimo y máximo.
• Utilice exclusivamente aceite especial para freír, compruebe bien la etiqueta de la
botella. Si prefiere, puede utilizar grasa pero en ese caso hay que cortar la grasa en
pequeños trozos. Enchufe el aparato en una toma de corriente. Ponga el termostato en
la posición mínima e incorpore la grasa en pequeñas porciones y poco a poco. Cuando
la grasa esta derretida, ponga el termostato a la temperatura requerida. ATENCIÓN : SI
NO RESPETA ESTAS INDICACIONES PUEDE PERJUDICAR SERIAMENTE LA CALIDAD DE SUS
FRITOS.
