gewenste temperatuur zetten. OPGELET: HET NIET NALEVEN VAN DIT VOORSCHRIFT KAN UW
FRITUURPAN ERNSTIG BESCHADIGEN.
VOORVERHITTING
Wanneer het toestel is aangeschakeld, zet dan de thermostaat op de gewenste
temperatuurstand.
Om een stabiele en geschikte gebruikstemperatuur te bereiken is het nodig 10 tot 15 minuten
te wachten. Gedurende deze periode zal het temperatuurcontrolelampje meerdere keren
aan- en uitgaan.
Dankzij een goede voorverhitting krijgt u mooi bruingebakken en krokante frieten.
GEBRUIK
• Zet het deksel op de frituurpan. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Het rode
controlelampje licht op.
• Zet de thermostaat op de gewenste temperatuur. Het groene controlelampje zal
branden. Zodra de gewenste temperatuur bereikt is, zal het groene controlelampje
uitgaan. Wanneer de temperatuur daalt, zal de thermostaat weer in werking treden en
zal het controlelampje weer branden. Wanneer de gewenste temperatuur weer bereikt is,
zal het controlelampje weer uitgaan.
• Als de frituurpan de gewenste temperatuur bereikt heeft, haalt u het deksel van de
frituurpan en haakt u de handgreep aan de mand zoals hierboven beschreven. Haal de
mand uit de frituurpan met deze handgreep. Leg de etenswaren in de mand. Vul de
mand niet overmatig vermits de etenswaren dan niet gelijkmatig zullen frituren.
• Laat de mand langzaam in de frituurpan zakken om oliespatten te vermijden. Plaats bij
voorkeur het deksel niet terug op de frituurpan.
• Als de etenswaren klaar zijn, haal dan indien nodig het deksel van de frituurpan, til de
mand omhoog, hang ze met haar haak aan de rand van de kuip en laat ze uitlekken.
• Opgelet bij het openen van het deksel; er kan immers hete rook vrijkomen.
• Zorg dat de etenswaren zowel aan de binnen- als aan de buitenkant goed gaar zijn.
• Deze frituurpan is niet met een aan- en uitschakelaar uitgerust. Gelieve na gebruik de
thermostaat op zijn minimumstand te plaatsen en de stekker uit het stopcontact te
trekken. Verplaats het toestel niet zolang de olie of het vet nog warm is.
OM EEN OPTIMAAL RESULTAAT TE VERKRIJGEN
• Droog uw eetwaren af alvorens ze in de frituurpan te leggen. Te natte eetwaren zouden
de olie kunnen doen schuimen en overborrelen.
• De eetwaren dienen ongeveer dezelfde afmetingen te hebben zodat ze gelijkmatig en
grondig bakken.
• Sommige eetwaren worden gepaneerd of in een deegmantel gewikkeld om ze te
bakken.
• Wacht steeds tot de frituurpan de gewenste temperatuur bereikt heeft en het groene
lampje uitgaat alvorens de eetwaren in de mand te leggen.
• Zorg dat de mand niet te vol is.
