GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG

WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN

 Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung ehe Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.

 Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung

übereinstimmt ehe Sie das Gerät benutzen.

wärmebeständigen Plastikspatel, um die Nahrung aus dem Gerät zu nehmen.

 Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird, da das Gerät

keinen An-/Aus-Schalter besitzt.

 Bereiten Sie nur Nahrungsmittel zu, die zum Backen und zum Verzehr geeignet sind.

WIE SIE EINEN TOAST ZUBEREITEN

Die Anti-Haft-Beschichtung qualmt während des ersten Gebrauchs. Dieser Rauch ist NICHT

schädlich.

 Vor dem ersten Gebrauch sind die Toastplatten mit einem feuchten Tuch zu reinigen. Die Anti-

Haft-Beschichtung der Platten macht das Einreiben mit Butter, Öl oder Fett fakultativ.

 Schliessen Sie das Gerät und bereiten Sie Ihren Toast während der Erhitzung des Sandwich-

Toasters.

 Das aufgeheizte Gerät öffnen und eine Scheibe Brot mit der gebutterten Seite nach unten auf die

unterste Platte legen.

 Füllen Sie den Toast.

 Fügen Sie die obere Brotscheibe hinzu. Drücken Sie danach den Deckel nach unten. Während

des Toastvorganges tritt Dampf aus dem Gerät; achten Sie auf Ihre Finger.

 Schließen Sie das Gerät mit dem Verschlußhebel.

 Nach einer Röstzeit von ca. 2 bis 3 min oder länger, je nach Ihrem Geschmack, sind die

Sandwich-Scheiben geröstet. Öffnen Sie das Gerät und entfernen Sie den Toast mit einem Holz-

oder Plastikspatel. Es dürfen keine metallenen Gegenstände verwendet werden, da sonst die

Anti-Haft-Beschichtung beschädigt wird.

 Schließen Sie das geheizte Gerät bis Sie andere Toasts rösten wollen.

 Bereiten Sie andere Toasts vor während des Röstvorganges der ersten.

 Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose sobald Sie fertig sind.

TIPS FÜR EIN BESSERES ERGEBNIS

 Das Gerät immer vorheizen. Schließen Sie das Gerät ans Netz an während Sie die Toasts

vorbereiten.

 Gewürzte Butter kann auch benutzt werden.

 Schmalz gibt Ihren Toasts mehr Geschmack. Reiben Sie die Außenseite des Brotes damit ein.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

 Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.

 Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.

UK STYLE PLUG WIRING INSTRUCTIONS (IN THE UK ONLY)

This product must only be used from a 13 amp power socket. If a BS1363 approved 13 amp plug is

used, it should be fitted with a 13 amp fuse. The wires on the power cord are colour coded:

blue = neutral, brown = live, green or green & yellow = earth.

The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured in black.

The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured in red.

The green (& yellow) wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured in green (&

yellow).

HOW TO MAKE TOASTED SANDWICHES AND SNACKS

 Protective coating burn off will cause smoking on first use. This is NOT harmful.

 When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the plates with a damp cloth, then dry. You

may season the plates with butter, margarine or cooking fat. Since the sandwich maker has a

non-stick surface, the use of butter or oil is optional.

 Plug into the electrical outlet.

 Close the sandwich maker and prepare your sandwich while the unit is heating.

 Fully open the sandwich maker. Place a slice of bread in the bottom half with the buttered side

against the plate.

 Fill the sandwich.

 Add the top slice with the buttered side up and carefully close the toaster. Do not force shut.

Steam will be ejected from between the plates; make sure that fingers do not come into contact

with it.

 Lock the two halves with the wire clip while toasting.

 Your sandwich will be toasted in 2 to 3 min or longer to suit your taste. Open the toaster and

remove sandwich using a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a metal knife as this may damage

the non-stick coating.

 Close the lid to preserve the heat until you are ready to toast the next sandwiches.

 Prepare additional sandwiches if desired while the others are cooking.

 Unplug when finished.

HINTS FOR BEST RESULTS

 Always preheat before use. Plug cord into power outlet while preparing the fillings.

 Flavoured butter may also be used.

 For added flavour use bacon dripping. Brush drippings on the outside of the bread.

CLEANING

 Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance to cool down.

 Wipe the inside and the edges of the plate with a paper towel or a soft cloth.

 Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or grease

enters the cooling slots.

 Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will

damage the finish.

 Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.

POUR VOTRE SECURITE

 Lisez attentivement la notice avant l’utilisation de votre appareil.

 Lorsque vous utilisez votre appareil pour la première fois, essuyez-le avec un chiffon humide.

Les plaques étant anti-adhésives, l'utilisation de beurre est facultative. Vous pouvez enduire la

plaque de beurre, de margarine ou de toute autre graisse de cuisson.

 Mettez la fiche dans la prise de courant.

 Fermez votre appareil et préparez vos croques pendant que l’appareil chauffe.

 Ouvrez entièrement l’appareil. Mettez une tranche de pain dans l’emplacement du bas avec le

côté beurré contre la plaque de cuisson.

 Ajoutez la garniture.

 Mettez la tranche de pain du haut avec le côté beurré au-dessus et fermez l'appareil. Veillez à ne

pas entrer en contact avec la vapeur qui s'échappera de votre croque-monsieur.

 N'ouvrez pas l'appareil durant la cuisson.

 Votre croque sera cuit en 2 à 3 minutes ou en plus de temps selon votre goût. Ouvrez l’appareil

et retirez le croque-monsieur à l’aide d’une spatule en bois ou en plastique. N’utilisez jamais

d'instruments en métal car ceux-ci pourraient endommager le revêtement anti-adhésif.

 Refermez l’appareil afin de préserver la chaleur jusqu’à ce vous remettiez d'autres sandwichs.

 Nous vous conseillons de préparer d’autres croque-monsieur pendant la cuisson des premiers.

 Veuillez débrancher l’appareil après l’emploi.

QUELQUES SUGGESTIONS POUR UN MEILLEUR RESULTAT

 Préchauffez toujours l’appareil avant de l’employer. Branchez l’appareil pendant votre

préparation des croque-monsieur.

 Le beurre aromatisé peut également être utilisé.

 Frottez du lard gras sur les tranches de pain qui rôtissent pour en accentuer le goût.

NETTOYAGE

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN

 Lees aandachtig de gebruiksaanwijzing alvorens uw toestel te gebruiken.

 Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met deze van het toestel vooraleer het te gebruiken.

 Laat uw toestel tijdens het gebruik nooit zonder toezicht. Houd het toestel buiten het bereik van

kinderen of van ontoerekeningsvatbare personen.

 Controleer regelmatig of het snoer niet beschadigd is. Gebruik het toestel niet indien het snoer of

het toestel zelf enige beschadiging zouden vertonen.

 Gebruik het toestel enkel voor huishoudelijk gebruik en op de wijze zoals vermeld in de

 Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water of in enige andere vloeistof, noch om het te reinigen,

 Let erop dat u de speciale bekleding van de kookplaat niet schramt, vermits u hiervan stukjes in

uw voedsel zou kunnen vinden. Gebruik een klassieke houten spatel of een warmtebestendige

plastiek spatel.

 Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als het toestel niet werkt, vermits het geen schakelaar bevat.

 Kook enkel eetwaren geschikt om te koken en voor consumptie.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING

 Sluit de sandwich toaster en maak het brood klaar terwijl het apparaat opwarmt.

 Open de sandwich toaster. Leg op de onderste helft een snee brood en wel zodanig, dat de met

boter bestreken kant op de kookplaat ligt.

 Vul het brood.

 Leg de bovenste snee brood met de met boter besmeerde kant naar boven en sluit nu de

sandwich toaster. Let erop dat Uw vingers niet met het stoom in aanraking komen, dat uit het

apparaat zal komen.

 Houd de beide helften tijdens het toasten gesloten.

 Het brood is na ca. 2-3 minuten gereed, maar kan naar believen langer getoast worden. Open de

toaster en haal het brood er met een houten- of plastieken spatel uit. Gebruik hiervoor nooit een

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD

 Lea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes de la utilización de su aparato

 Antes de utilizar el aparato, compruebe que el voltaje de la red eléctrica coincide con el del

 Abra enteramente el aparato. Ponga una rodaja de pan en el lugar de base con el lado untado en

PENSANDO NA VOSSA SEGURANÇA

 Antes de utilizar o aparelho leia com sentido de responsabilidade as instruções de funcionamento.

AVVERTENZE

 Vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente queste istruzioni prima dell’uso dell’apparecchio.

 Quando si utilizza l’apparecchio per la prima volta, tergerlo con un panno umido. Le piastre

sono antiaderenti, l’utilizzo di burro o altri condimenti è facoltativo. Si può ungere la piastra con

burro, margarina o altri grassi da cucina.

 Collegare la spina alla presa di corrente.

 Chiudere l’apparecchio e preparare i vostri toast mentre l’apparecchio si scalda.

 Aprire completamente l’apparecchio, mettere una fetta di pane nella postazione in basso con il

lato imburrato a contatto con la piastra di cottura.

 Aggiungere la farcitura.

 Ricoprire con l’altra fetta di pane con il lato imburrato rivolto verso l’alto e chiudere

l’apparecchio. Fare attenzione a non venire a contatto con il vapore che si crea durante la cottura.

 Non aprire l’apparecchio durante la cottura.

 Il toast sarà cotto in 2/3 minuti o un po’ di più secondo i gusti. Aprire l’apparecchio ed estrarre il

toast con l’aiuto di una paletta in plastica o in legno. Non utilizzare degli utensili in metallo, in

quanto potrebbero danneggiare il rivestimento antiaderente delle piastre.

 Richiudere l’apparecchio per preservare il calore se si intende inserire un altro toast.

 Si consiglia di preparare altri toast durante la cottura del primo.

 Scollegare l’apparecchio dopo l’uso.

QUALCHE SUGGERIMENTO PER UN RISULTATO MIGLIORE

 Preriscaldare sempre l’apparecchio prima dell’uso. Collegarlo durante la preparazione dei toast.

 Se la farcitura è liquida o grassa, utilizzare dei tranci di pane bianco o nero a fette.

 Può essere utilizzato del burro aromatico.

 Spalmare del lardo sui tranci di pane che arrostiscono per accentuare il gusto.

 Spargere dello zucchero all’esterno delle fette di pane per ottenere una preparazione più

croccante.

PULIZIA

 Prima di pulire l’apparecchio, scollegare la spina e lasciarlo raffreddare.

 Asciugare la parte interna e gli angoli dell’apparecchio con della carta assorbente o un panno

morbido.

 Asciugare la parte esterna dell’apparecchio con un panno leggermente umido, assicurarsi che

l’umidità, olio ed il grasso di cottura non si infiltrino negli sbocchi di raffreddamento

dell’apparecchio.

 Non pulire l’apparecchio (sia la parte interna che esterna) con prodotti abrasivi per non rovinare

il rivestimento.
