International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced and
folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x
210 mm height). When folding, make sure you keep the good
numbering when you turn the pages of the I/B. Don‟t change

Cuando conecta el aparato, la plancha está alimentada aun cuando el interruptor del
depósito no está encendido. Ponga el termostato (4) en la posición deseada. El testigo
luminoso (6) se enciende. Cuando el testigo luminoso (6) se apague, la suela de la
plancha ha alcanzado la temperatura adecuada. Ya puede empezar a planchar.
Durante el planchado, el testigo luminoso se enciende y se apaga regularmente.
Cuando se enciende indica que la suela de la plancha está caliente al alcanzar la
temperatura deseada. Puede seguir planchando.
La tabla que presentamos arriba es válida para fibras únicamente. Si el tejido se arruga,
brilla o bien se abomba bajo la plancha, es aconsejable bajar la temperatura con la
ayuda del termostato regulable (4) para no estropear el tejido.
Escoja las prendas a planchar en función de sus fibras textiles: lana con lana, algodón
con algodón, etc. El aparato se calienta más rápidamente que se enfría. Por este
motivo, empiece por planchar las prendas que exigen una temperatura baja, como por
ejemplo aquellas que están compuestas de fibras sintéticas o lana. A continuación, las
prendas que exigen una temperatura media, para terminar por aquellas que exigen una
temperatura alta.
Si la prenda a planchar está fabricada con diferentes fibras textiles, escoja la
temperatura en función de la fibra que necesite la temperatura más baja (por ejemplo, si
debe planchar un tejido que contiene un 40% de poliéster y un 60% de algodón, será
necesario elegir la temperatura correspondiente al poliéster y sin vapor).
Si desconoce la composición textil del tejido a planchar, elija une zona que no sea visible
cuando lleve vestida la prenda y empiece a planchar a baja temperatura y vaya
aumentándola poco a poco.
Las prendas 100% lana se pueden planchar con la plancha en posición vapor. Se
recomienda aplicar un chorro de vapor y colocar un trozo de tela seco entre la plancha
y la prenda de lana.
Cuando planche con vapor, vigile que el tejido no brille. Esto se puede evitar
planchando la prenda al revés o intercalando una tela ligeramente húmeda.
El terciopelo y otros textiles que brillan rápidamente, deberían plancharse en una sola
dirección, (preferentemente en el sentido de la fibra). Procure no aplicar una presión
demasiado fuerte y evite dejar la plancha en el mismo lugar aunque sea por un corto
espacio de tiempo.
Planche el reverso de los tejidos sintéticos o de seda. Se recomienda no utilizar el vapor
pues esto puede provocar la aparición de manchas (aureolas…).
LLENADO DEL DEPÓSITO (para planchado con vapor)
Procure que el aparato esté desconectado.
Coloque el interruptor del depósito de agua (1) en posición apagada (0).
Coloque el depósito sobre una superficie estable y desenrosque el tapón, empujándolo y
girándolo simultáneamente en el sentido inverso de las agujas del reloj (si dejó agua en el
depósito y el tapón apretado, durante el uso ulterior, una ligera desgasificación se
producirá. Es normal y no presenta ningún peligro).
Llene el depósito con agua hasta un máximo de 0,75 litro.
Puede utilizar agua del grifo, pero le aconsejamos que utilice agua destilada, sobre todo
si el agua de su región es muy calcárea.
No utilice nunca vinagre, agentes desincrustantes o cualquier otro producto químico.
Cierre bien el depósito de agua con el tapón (cfr. página 4).
