folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x
210 mm height). When folding, make sure you keep the good

Continue com a roupa que exija uma temperatura média e acabe com aquela que
exija uma temperatura elevada
Se o tecido a passar contém diferentes fibras na sua composição, escolha a temperatura
em função da fibra que exija menor temperatura (por exemplo se estiver a passar um
tecido com a composição de 40% de polyester e 60% de algodão escolha a
temperatura exigida pelo polyester e passe o tecido sem vapor).
Se não conhecer a composição das fibras do tecido que vai passar a ferro, escolha uma
parte do tecido que não seja visível quando o veste e comece a passar a baixa
temperatura para depois a ir aumentando lentamente.
Os artigos 100% de lã poderão ser passados com o ferro na posição de vapor.
Recomenda-se que utilize o jacto de vapor e coloque um pequeno tecido seco entre a
peça de lã e o ferro.
Quando passar a ferro com vapor, tenha cuidado que o tecido não lustre. Pode ser
evitado passando a peça pelo avesso e colocando um tecido ligeiramente húmido
entre a roupa a passar e o ferro.
Se o tecido for lustroso procure passar pelo avesso sempre na mesma direcção. Não
pressione em demasia o ferro contra o tecido e mantenha a base do ferro o menos
tempo possível em contacto com o tecido.
Passe pelo avesso os tecidos sintéticos ou as sedas e não utilize o vapor pois pode
provocar manchas no tecido.
ENCHIMENTO DO DEPÓSITO DA CALDEIRA A VAPOR (para passar com vapor)
Verifique que o aparelho está desligado, arrefecido e com o a ficha do cabo da
alimentação retirado da tomada eléctrica.
De preferência faça o enchimento da caldeira antes de começar a passar a ferro. Se
durante a utilização do aparelho tiver necessidade de voltar a encher o depósito então
desligue o aparelho, retire a ficha cabo de alimentação da tomada eléctrica e deixe-o
arrefecer.
Coloque o interruptor da central a vapor (1) na posição 0 (desligado).
Poise a base do aparelho numa superfície estável e plana e desaperte a tampa
apoiando-se sobre ela e rode-a no sentido contrário ao dos ponteiros do relógio(se existir
água no depósito e a tampa estiver apertada de uma última utilização, produzir-se-à
uma ligeira saída de gaz. É normal e não é perigoso).
A capacidade máxima do depósito da água é de 0,75 litros.
Pode usar água da torneira mas aconselhamos a utilização de água destilada,
especialmente se a água for muito calcária na sua região.
Nunca utilize vinagre, decalcificante ou outro produto químico.
Mantenha sempre a tampa do depósito da água bem fechado (cf.p.4).
ENCHIMENTO DURANTE A PASSAGEM A FERRO

DEPÓSITO ESTÁ QUENTE E SOB PRESSÃO.
RODE O TERMOSTATO DO FERRO PARA A POSIÇÃO “MIN! , DESLIGUE A CALDEIRA E RETIRE A
FICHA DO CABO DA ALIMENTAÇÃO DA TOMADA ELÉCTRICA. DEIXE ARREFECER A CALDEIRA.
VERIFIQUE QUE NÃO HÁ VAPOR NA CALDEIRA. PARA ISSO, COM A CALDEIRA ARREFECIDA E
COM MUITO CUIDADO VÁ DESAPERTANDO LIGEIRAMENTE O BOTÃO DO VAPOR (8) ATÉ O
VAPOR COMEÇAR A SAIR. DEIXE-O SAIR LENTAMENTE ATÉ BAIXAR A PRESSÃO DENTRO DA
CALDEIRA E JÁ POUCA PRESSÃO NA CALDEIRA DEIXE SAIR COMPLETAMENTE O VAPOR. VOLTE
A ENCHER A CALDEIRA COM ÁGUA SEGUINDO AS INSTRUÇÕES DO ENCHIMENTO. CUIDADO: SE
ENCHER O DEPÓSITO DEMASIADO PODE SAIR PELO ORIFÍCIO VAPOR OU ÁGUA QUENTE.
RECOMENDAMOS QUE ENCHA O DEPÓSITO LENTAMENTE ESPECIALMENTE NO PRINCIPIO.
APERTE A TAMPA MUITO BEM. O SEU APARELHO ESTÁ PRONTO PARA FUNCIONAR DE NOVO.
