Deixe durante algum tempo arrefecer a água contida no depósito da central a vapor.
Vá com muito cuidado desapertando a tampa e deixando lentamente que a pressão
baixe e deixe de existir para poder retirar a tampa. Proceda ao enchimento.
A capacidade máxima do depósito da água é de 1 litro.
Pode usar água da torneira mas aconselhamos a utilização de água destilada.
Na descalcificação utilize produtos apropriados. Siga as instuções que os acompanham.
Mantenha sempre a tampa do depósito da água bem fechado (cf.p.4).
ENCHIMENTO DURANTE A PASSAGEM A FERRO
ATENÇÃO : SEMPRE QUE A CENTRAL A VAPOR ESTEJA EM FUNCIONAMENTO A ÁGUA DO
DEPÓSITO ESTÁ QUENTE E SOB PRESSÃO. ANTES DE REABASTECER O DEPÓSITO COM ÁGUA
COLOQUE OS INTERRUPTORES DO FERRO E DA CENTRAL A VAPOR NAS POSIÇÕES
DESLIGADO E RETIRE O CABO DE ALIMENTAÇÃO DA TOMADA ELÉCTRICA. APÓS ALGUNS
MINUTOS E COM MUITO CUIDADO RODE LENTAMENTE A TAMPA POR FORMA A QUE O VAPOR
SAIA E DEIXE DE HAVER PRESSÃO DENTRO DO DEPÓSITO. ENCHA LENTAMENTE O DEPÓSITO.
APERTE A TAMPA MUITO BEM. LIGUE O CABO DE ALIMENTAÇÃO À TOMADA ELÉCTRICA E
COLOQUE OS INTERRUPTORES DO FERRO E DA CENTRAL NAS POSIÇÕES DE LIGADO.
PASSAGEM A VAPOR
A passagem a vapor é unicamente possivel para altas temperaturas com o termostato
nas posições 
Encha o depósito com água e ligue o cabo de alimentação à tomada eléctrica.
Coloque o interruptor da central a vapor 
Como a temperatura do ferro é alcançada mais rapidamente que a obtenção do vapor
pode após alguns minutos de ter ligado a central a vapor colocar o interruptor do ferro a
vapor na posição de ligado.
Rode o termostato (G) e escolha a tempratura desejada.
Coloque o interruptor do ferro de passar na posição I. O testigo luminoso (F)
acende-se.
Depois de alguns minutos o testigo luminoso (F) apaga-se, indica que atingiu a
temperatura desejada.
Prima o botão do jacto de vapor (E) para fazer o vapor sair pela base do ferro. Solte o
botão e o vapor deixará de sair. Se desejar um vapor contínuo, deslize o centro do botão
do jacto de vapor para trás, até o botão ficar bloqueado. O vapor sai agora de forma
contínua, mesmo se soltar o botão. Para parar o vapor, deslize a parte central do botão
de jacto de vapor para a frente para o desbloquear.
Para obter vapor basta comprimir o botão do vapor, deixando de o obter se não o
comprimir.
Durante a passagem a ferro o sinalizador (F) acende-se e apaga-se significando que
podemos usar o vapor ou que se está a produzir temperatura para a obtenção daquele.
A passagem a ferro durante este intervalo continua a processar-se.
O tempo de produção do vapor depende do modo com estamos a usar o vapor. O
tempo de produção de vapor é variável bem com a duração da água no reservatório.
PASSAGEM NA VERTICAL
E feita com a roupa suspensa e o ferro a alguns centímetros da mesma. Com a ajuda do
vapor retire as rugas da roupa.
