Gulasch
Ingredienti
1kg di manzo
2 cipolle
1 spicchio d’aglio
6 pomodori
2 cucchiai di farina
1 cucchiaini di sale
1 cucchiaini di peppe
1 cucchiaio di paprika
2dl de panna agra
Tagli la carne in dadi e la metta nella stufaiola. Aggiunga le cipolle affettate. Aggiunga due
cucchiai di farina. Mescoli l’insieme per coprire bene la carne con la farina e le cipolle.
Aggiunga gli altri ingredienti tranne la panna. Lasci cuocere a fuoco lento per 8 a 10 ore sulla
posizione . Aggiunga la panna mezzora prima di servire.
Arrosto di maiale
Ingredienti
750g 1kg di carne di maiale
Sale
Peppe
Timo
Margarina
Cipolle
Più o meno 300g di giuliana di verdure
1dl di panna spessa
1 cucchiaio di maizena o farina
Pulisca la carne e la asciughi. Cospargi di sale, timo e peppe. Peli le cipolle e le tagli in quatro.
Pulisca la giuliana di verdure. Faccia scioglere un po’ di margarina in una casseruola. Faccia
dorare la carne nella margarina. Aggiunga le cipolle e le verdure e faccia cuocere l’insieme
durante 5 minuti. Tiri fuori la carne e le verdure dalla casseruola e li metta nella stufaiola.
Faccia cuocere per 8 ore sulla posizione . Aggiunga la panna, mescoli la maizena con un
po’ d’acqua e legare la salsa con questa mistura. Tiri fuori la carne dalla salsa e la mantenga
calda. Setacci la salsa e serva. Consigliamo di guarnire questo piatto con cavolfiore con salsa
olandese e patate.

40g di margarina
3 cucchiai di panna
1/4l di brodo di carne
Scorza di un mezzo limone
