Raspa da casca de meio limão
2 colheres das da sopa com sumo de ananás
1 colher das de café com sumo de limão
1 pitada de açúcar
1 colher das da sopa com curry
2 colheres das da sopa com molhos de ligação
Pedaços de ananás de lata
Lave a carne e seque-a. Salpique-a com sal, com pimenta e com curry. Derreta a margarina
numa frigideira e aloire a carne na margarina. Junte as cebolas cortadas em fatias. Lave os
legumes juliana e coloque-os no recipiente de cozedura lenta. Junte as cebolas e a carne
aloirada. Deixe cozer durante 8 horas na posição . Retire a carne do recipiente. Guarde o
molho da carne no recipiente. Junte a raspa do limão, o sumo do ananás, o sumo do limão, o
açúcar, o curry unindo tudo com o molho e 3 colheres das da sopa com creme e misture
tudo até à obtenção de um molho espesso. Crive o molho. Aloire os pedaços de ananás na
manteiga. Sirva a carne e o ananás com arroz e junte o molho a gosto.
Carne de vaca à Bourguignon
Ingredientes
750g - 1kg de carne de vaca
Sal
Pimenta
Paprika
Alho em pó
50 g de tiras de toucinho
1 copo de Bourgogne
1 de 250g cogumelos
Cebolinho
Passe a carne por água e seque-a. Salpique-a com sal, com paprika e alho em pó e mete-a
no recipiente de cozedura lenta. Junte as tiras de toucinho. Tampe e deixe cozer lentamente
durante 6 a 8 horas na posição . Junte os cogumelos e o vinho uma hora antes de terminar
a cozedura. Junte o molho de ligação para engrossar e decore com cebolinho antes de
servir. Pode acompanhar com tagliatelles ou batatas.
Stroganov de carne de vaca
Ingredientes
50 gr de margarina
300 g de cebolas
250 g de cogumelos
1 pitada de sal
1 colher das de café com açúcar
1 colher das de sopa com mostarda
Pimenta negra
750 gr de carne de vaca
¼ l de creme agre
Derreta a margarina numa frigideira. Junto as fatias de cebola e os cogumelos cortados em
finas fatias. Deixe cozer durante cerca de 5 minutos. Misture o sal, o açúcar, a mostarda e a
pimenta misturando tudo na frigideira. Corte o bocado inteiro da carne de vaca em fatias de
1 cm de espessura e com 5 cm de comprimento. Ponha a carne e os legumes no recipiente
de cozedura lenta e deixe cozer durante cerca de 6 a 8 horas na posição . Junte o creme
antes de servir.
