 Be extremely cautious as oil and fat preparations might catch fire if overheated.

 If you use the appliance under a cooking hob, make sure to respect the minimum

distance advised by the manufacturer.

 Unplug the appliance immediately if you notice a crack in the oven door and have it

repaired by a competent qualified electrician (*).

person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to

avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.

SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS

 A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming

entangled in, or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords may be used if care is

exercised in their use.

 The electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least that of the appliance.

 The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter top or

table, top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over.

BEFORE USE

 Unpack the appliance and accessories, then wash and wipe these accessories.

 It is normal if some smoke or smell emanates from the appliance when using it for the first

time.

 Make sure there is enough ventilation around the oven.

Use

 When using for the first time, clean the accessories with a damp cloth and wipe dry.

 Plug the unit into the power supply socket.

 To switch on the appliance, choose the desired cooking function and turn the timer knob

clockwise. For cooking time inferior to 5 minutes, set the timer up to 6 minutes and turn it

back to the requested cooking time.

 The pilot light will come on, indicating that the oven is operating.

 The toaster oven will switch off automatically when the set time has elapsed. When the

appliance switches off, a bell sound is audible.
