PRINCIPI DELLA COTTURA A MICROONDE.
1. Maneggiare con cautela il cibo.
2. Nella cottura a microonde è preferibile cuocere il cibo per brevi periodi di tempo
poiché la cottura con le microonde permette di controllare molto più semplicemente lo
stato del cibo, inoltre cocendo in questo modo si evita il surriscaldamento del mangiare
nonché i rischi a ciò collegati.

4. La cottura a microonde ,essendo molto più veloce rispetto quella tradizionale , non
richiede di girare il cibo più di una volta per molti tipi di cibo; Hamburger , pollo , etc. etc.
GUIDA ALL UTILIZZO DEGLI UTENSILI
1. Vi raccomandiamo di utilizzare solamente utensili concepiti per il forno a microonde.
2. Le microonde non possono penetrare nel metallo quindi non bisogna utilizzare utensili o
piatti con inserti in metallo.
3. Non utilizzate carta riciclata, poiché potrebbe contenere piccoli frammenti di metallo che
potrebbero causare scintille e/o un incendio.
4. Poiché il cibo tende a cucinarsi prevalentemente negli 
piatti rotondi/ovali anziché quadrati/rettangolari.
