CONNECTING
The charging base can be connected to any voltage outlet -even to shaver sockets-
between 230-240 volts ac (-).
Put the switch in position "0", connect the appliance to the adapter and the adapter to
the mains.
The red pilot light goes on when the appliance is loading.
The appliance may warm up somewhat during recharging. This has no significance on the
unit's operation. Overcharging is impossible.
To maintain the appliance’s full performance, it should always be recharged after use.
PRESERVING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
To maximise the capacity and life of the rechargeable battery, it should be fully charged for 16
hours before the first use and then fully discharged by using. Then recharge to full capacity (6
hours). This discharging/charging procedure should be done every six months.
HOW TO USE
For cordless use
For cordless use, you have to recharge the unit for at least 16 hours before the first use to
ensure the batteries are fully charged (see CONNECTING).
Attach the accessory of your choice and place the switch on position 1.
Your appliance is now ready for use.
Direct-drive by adapter
The unit can be direct-driven by the adapter if you wish or when the appliance is not
loaded.
Connect the unit to the adapter and plug the adapter to the socket for direct use. To do
so, put the switch in "0" position, plug the adapter into the appliance and put the plug in
the power socket.
The pilot light will come on.
Attach the desired accessory.
Then put the switch in position 1 and let the appliance function empty during 30 seconds
before using it on your nails in order to reach the optimal speed.
Your appliance is now ready for use.
HOW TO USE THE DIFFERENT ATTACHMENTS
Your manicure & pedicure set comes with 9 interchangeable attachments:
1 rough skin remover to treat and remove the impurities.
1 rough skin remover to treat hard skin on heels, on sloes and anywhere where hard skin is
present.
