UK STYLE PLUG WIRING INSTRUCTIONS (IN THE UK ONLY)
This product must only be used from a 13 amp power socket. If a BS1363 approved 13 amp plug is
used, it should be fitted with a 13 amp fuse. The wires on the power cord are colour coded:
blue = neutral, brown = live, green or green & yellow = earth.
The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N or coloured in black.
The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L or coloured in red.
The green (& yellow) wire must be connected to the terminal marked E or coloured in green (&
yellow).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow
this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the
maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the maximum usage time). The breaks
should last at least 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLY (see Page 4)
Make sure that the switch is in "0" position, and that the appliance is disconnected.
Beaters/Hooks: Insert the beaters/hooks under the body of the mixer and turn slightly until you
hear a clicking sound (see Page 5).
Press the ejection button on top of the mixer to release accessories.
ASSEMBLY OF THE STICK ATTACHMENT
Place the switch to the position “0” and unplug the appliance.
Pay attention that the other accessories are to be removed from the appliance.
Remove the valve on the bottom of the appliance. Then you will see the opening for the stick
attachment
Place the stick attachment in the opening so that both shafts, the one on the appliance and the
other one on the stick attachment are facing each other. Turn the stick attachment 90° clockwise
until it stops.
To disassemble the stick attachment switch off the appliance and unplug it.
Turn the stick attachment anticlockwise and take it away from the appliance. And then replace
the valve on the opening at the bottom of the appliance.
USE OF THE STICK ATTACHMENT
The stick attachment can be used to:
-mix liquids (milk, juice, jogurt …)
-blend the soup, tomatoes
-making of mayonnaise, remoulade.
