Inserire il disco assemblato con il suo supporto nell’albero della vaschetta come pure il coperchio
con il camino come indicato nel capitolo « Uso ».
Tagliare gli ingredienti (patate, carotte, cetrioli…) a pezzi e introdurrli nel camino del coperchio.
Usare il pressino (7) per spingere gli ingredienti verso i dischi. Non usare mai le dita o qualsiasi
altro utensile.
Collegare l’apparecchio e mettere il selettore acceso, spento, marcie sulla posizione “I” (lento)
per mettere l’apparecchio in moto.
Secondo il tipo di cibo, è possible prepare fino a 1 Kg nel giro di 1min. 30 sec. Questo processo
può essere ripetuto 5 volte, con pause tra ogni uso.
Mettere sempre il selettore acceso, spento, marcie sulla posizione “0” (stop), scollegare
l’apparecchio prima di svuotarlo e manipolare i dischi con cura perché le lame sono taglienti.
Tritare / Missare / Impastare
Scollegare l’apparecchio.
Con la vaschetta già posizionata, inserire la lama per trittare in metallo (F) nell’albero della
vaschetta come indicato sul disegno . Introdurre in seguito gli ingredienti nella vaschetta. Si
consiglia di tagliare a pezzi gli ingredienti, come la carne o i legumi, per ottenere una preparazione
omogenea.
Mettere il coperchio con il camino sulla vaschetta come indicato nel capitolo « Uso »
assicurandovi che l’albero metallico delle lame si trova nel buco al centro del coperchio.
Secondo il tipo di cibo, è possible tritare fino a 1 Kg di legumi, carne cruda o cotta, pesce crudo
o cotto.
Per tritare, girare il selettore acceso, spento, marcie, sulla posizione “II” (rapido).
ATTENZIONE: Non provare di tritare ingredienti molto duri (gelato, zucchero, chicco di caffè…).
Spremiagrumi
Desinnestare l’apparecchio.
Con la vaschetta già messa, porre l’albero dello spremiagrumi (16) sull’albero della vaschetta
come indicato sul disegno .
Porre il filtro (15) sulla vaschetta badando che la linguetta s’inserisca nell’alloggiamento di
sicurezza della vaschetta (1). Dopo l’operazione, il filtro non può essere sollevato.
Inserire la crociera del cono (14) nel tubo situato all’interno del filtro come indicato sul disegno
.
Tagliare il frutto in due, e mettere la metà ottenuta sul cono (l’interno del frutto contro il cono).
Collegare l’apparecchio e girare il selettore acceso, spento, marcie, sulla posizione “I” (lento) per
mettere l’apparecchio in moto. Si può anche usare il pulsante «pulse» (6) per un uso puntuale, per
questo, mettere il selettore acceso, spento, marcie sulla posizione “0”. Una leggera pressione farà
girare il motore in velocità I (lento).
Spremere le due metà del frutto per 30 secondi massimo. Questo processo può essere ripetuto
dieci volte, con pause fra ogni uso.
Attenzione, quando la rotazione del cono diventa difficle, diminuire leggermente la pressione
esercitata sul frutto, e ricominciare a premere. Non insistere troppo per non rischiare di
danneggiare questo accessorio.
Attenzione a non oltrepassare il livello massimo della vaschetta e scollegare l’apparecchio alla
fine dell’uso.
