PRECALENTAMIENTO
Una vez encendido el aparato, ponga el termóstato en la temperature deseada. Para
alcanzar una temperatura de uso correcta y estable, hay que esperar de 10 a 15 minutos.
Durante ese tiempo, el testigo luminoso de control de la temperatura se encendirá y se
apagará varias veces.
Un buen precalentamiento le permitirá obtener fritas doradas y crujientes.
UTILIZACIÓN
• Enchufe el aparato.
• Ponga el termostato en la posición deseada. A continuación ajustar el temporizador: o
bien ponerlo en la posición “ON” para el funcionamiento continuo o establecer un
tiempo de funcionamiento (de 0 a 30 minutos). Los testigos luminosos se encienden.
Cuando el aceite alcance la temperatura deseada, el testigo luminoso de temperatura
se apagará. Cuando la temperatura disminuye, el termostato vuelve a funcionar, así
como el testigo luminoso de temperatura. Este ciclo continua durante todo el tiempo de
funcionamiento.
• PRECAUCION: SI NO USA EL TEMPORIZADOR PARA USO CONTINUO, EL APARATO SE
APAGARÁ AUTOMATICAMENTE AL FINAL DEL TIEMPO SELECCIONADO.
• Una vez que la freidora haya alcanzado la temperatura deseada, saque la cesta del
aceite subiendo el asa hasta oir el ruido del trinquete y abra la tapa.
• Introduzca los alimentos en la cesta y cierre la tapa.
• Vuelva a poner la cesta en el aceite tirando el botón del asa hacia Ud. y bajando
contemporáneamente el asa.
• Averigue el estado de cocción por la ventana pequeña. En cuanto estén cocidos los
alimentos, suba la cesta levantando el asa hasta el ruido del trinquete, deje escurrir los
alimentos, luego abra la tapa presionando el botón de apertura. Atención: al abrir la
tapa, puede salir vapor muy caliente. Tenga cuidado en no quemarse.
• Si es necesario, puede sacar la cesta del aparato. Atención: no presione el botón de
apertura del asa mientras saque la cesta del aparato, pues, de este modo, el asa se
doblaría y la cesta volvería a caer en el aceite caliente, con el riesgo de quemarse por
las salpicaduras.
• Asegúrese de que los alimentos queden bien cocinados tanto por dentro como por
fuera.
• Después del uso, compruebe que el minutero esté apagado ("OFF") y ponga el
termostato en "MIN". Desenchufe el aparato y deje su tapa abierta para acelerar el
enfriamiento.
PARA OBTENER LOS MEJORES RESULTADOS
• Seque los alimentos antes de freírlos, los alimentos muy húmedos pueden provocar una
ebullición del aceite y hacer desbordar el mismo de la cubeta.
• Procure que todos los alimentos tengan aproximadamente el mismo tamaño para
permitir una fritura uniforme.
• Ciertos alimentos se pueden empanar o rebozar.
• No llene en exceso la cesta.
