Overschrijd het aanbevolen gewicht niet. Leg de frieten in de mand als de temperatuur
180° C bereikt, sluit het deksel en laat de mand langzaam in de olie zakken.
500 g frieten dienen ongeveer 6 minuten op 180° C gebakken te worden. Haal de mand
uit de olie.
Wacht tot het temperatuurlampje opnieuw uitgaat, laat de mand opnieuw zakken en
frituur nog ongeveer 2 minuten.
Haal de mand omhoog en laat de frieten uitlekken.
Om een optimaal resultaat te behalen kunt u de frieten even met een absorberend
papier afdeppen om de overtollige olie te verwijderen.
De frituurtijd kan lichtjes variëren naargelang het soort aardappel en de dikte van de
frieten.
Uienringen
Frituurtijd ongeveer 4 à 5 minuten op 175°C
Pel en snijd de uien. Verdeel de stukken in ringen.
Dompel de uienringen in gekruide melk.
Bestrooi ze met bloem
Leg de ringen naast elkaar in de frituurmand en frituur er telkens enkele per keer.
Gepaneerde champignons
Frituurtijd : 4 à 5 minuten op 175° C
Klop 1 ei en dompel de champignons hierin.
Rol ze door paneermeel.
Leg ze naast elkaar in de frituurmand en frituur er telkens enkele per keer.
Tongreepjes
Frituurtijd : 3 à 4 minuten op 160° C
Snijd de tongfilet in smalle reepjes. Bestrooi ze met bloem.
Dompel de reepjes in geklopt ei en rol ze door paneermeel.
Leg ze naast elkaar in de frituurmand en frituur er telkens enkele per keer.
