Rodelas de cebolas
Tempo de fritura cerca de 3 minutos a 160°C
Descasque e corte as cebolas. Divida os bocados em rodelas.
Mergulhe as rodelas dentro do leite com especiarias.
Envolva em farinha.
Meta as rodelas umas próximo das outras dentro do cesto e faça-as cozer poucas de cada
vez.
Cogumelos panados
Tempo de fritura : 3 minutos a 160°C.
Mergulhe os cogumelos dentro de um ovo batido.
Enrole-os no pão ralado.
Meta os cogumelos uns próximo dos outros no cesto e faça-os cozer poucos de cada
vez.
Tiras de solha
Tempo de fritura : 2 a 3 minutos a 170°C.
Corte o filete de solha em tiras. Envolva em farinha.
Mergulhe-os em ovo batido e enrole-os no pão ralado.
Meta as tiras umas próximo das outras dentro do cesto e faça-as cozer poucas de cada
vez.
